Construction Foreman
The Petroleum Construction Foreman will be tasked to lead, manage, and coordinate the construction and installation of petroleum equipment.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Coordinate job duties and delegate tasks to construction workers and sub-contractors as the crew leader while managing and working on the job.

  • Monitor and maintain schedules for workers and sub-contractors; make sure the best skills are applied by each worker and ensure installation requirements are followed accurately and efficiently.

  • Ensure safe work practices are always followed. Ensure safe housekeeping practices are always followed.

  • Brief crew members on daily tasks and direct workers on assigned tasks.

  • Track rental equipment, material needs and use, monitor labor and sub-contractors.
    Verify accuracy and compliance of tasks in progress to comply with codes, project specifications and manufacturer requirements.

  • Document daily activities, material/parts used, testing, inspections, and visitors.

  • Create and maintain positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and sub-contractors to maintain a timely flow of supplies, materials, and sub-contractor work.

  • Work with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.

  • Must be able to operate heavy equipment to excavate ditches, tank holes and install equipment.

  • Ability to travel to job sites (may require overnight travel)

Construction Laborer
The Construction Laborer is responsible for performing tasks involving physical labor at heavy construction projects.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Installation of fuel product lines

  • Installation of fueling dispensers and systems

  • Removal and replacement of concrete

  • General labor duties/tasks vary by day

Petroleum Compliance Field Technician
The Compliance Field Technician is responsible for the testing of underground piping, the Mechanical and Electronic Line Leak Detection System, Environmental Monitoring Systems, and Stage I and II systems. Technician will also perform repairs on dispensing equipment and containment sumps. Testing to include hydro testing, preventative maintenance and facility inspections.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Testing of systems and completion of paperwork following each test

  • Ability to learn software programs specific to the company

  • Removal of manhole lids for underground storage tank access

  • Perform other various tasks as assigned

  • PADEP certification required

  • Basic computer and mechanical skills with ability to learn

  • Must be capable of climbing ladders to install and retrieve equipment. Job requires frequent kneeling, bending, handling, reaching and standing

  • Able to pass a DOT physical in order to drive company vehicle to deliver parts to local job sites

Purchasing Agent
The Purchasing Agent will assist our existing Purchasing Team Lead in a role focused on purchasing all inventory and non-inventory items for the company.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and manufacturers

  • Send requests for quotes to appropriate vendors

  • Issue purchase orders and maintain order acknowledgements

  • Manage vendors to ensure timely deliveries and quality compliance

  • Resolve payment issues with vendors and Accounts Payable

  • Help manage and control costs by confirming Distributor discounts

  • Take corrective action to determine source of defective or unacceptable goods when necessary

  • Ensure that drop shipments are received by the end-user

  • Minimize inventory investment of all goods and services so that resources can be better utilized for future growth

  • Maintain records and documentation of all related purchasing activities, open orders, back orders and material requisitions to ensure adequate material on hand

  • Work with our Construction, Service and Sales Departments to ensure that materials are ordered and received prior to the start of a project

  • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods arrive on time and, in the event of a problem, trace shipments and follow up on undelivered or back-ordered goods
